Volunteer.

There are lots of ways to volunteer.

Our events would not be possible without the efforts of our Light The Night committee volunteers. We are looking for passionate and energetic new members to join our team. There are many opportunities for people with diverse talents to help.

What is required?

The Leukaemia Foundation will require a large number of volunteers who will be interested in participating as follows:

  • Processing registrations, fielding enquiries
  • Merchandise selling, taking donations and general cash handling
  • Track marshalling
  • Assisting with team photos
  • Welcoming attendees
  • Selling or assistance with food and drink
  • General site maintenance/cleanlines
  • Parking marshals
  • General crowd control

Why become a volunteer?

By becoming a volunteer at Light the Night, you will become an integral part of the workings of the Leukaemia Foundation and the Light the Night Campaign. Volunteering can also provide you with:

  • The knowledge that, each and every day, you will be helping patients and staff at the Foundation
  • Enjoy social interaction
  • Meet new people

If you are interested in helping.

Please complete this form and we'll get back in touch with you. Thanks in advance for your help!

We need most people from 4pm until around 8.30pm. We may require volunteers to assist with site set-up earlier in the day - please indicate if you are available before 4pm
